Rh Casein Mincer

Developed for the dairy industry, the RH Industrial Casein Mincer produces a specific particle size within a liquid stream after cooking of curd. This process aids the further washing and final drying of product.

Design  

Simplified to minimise both parts and maintenance, this ‘in line’ mincer retains easy access to internal components, and is intended to be cleaned via the factories CIP system. 

Flexibility 

Hole plates and drive pulleys can be altered to vary operating results as necessary. 

Bearing Housing  

The mincer drive shaft is supported by a robust sealed bearing housing built for heavy duty application and extended operating life. 

Mechanical Seal 

A high quality mechanical seal is employed to maintain separation of product from the bearing assembly.  

Stainless Steel 

Manufactured from stainless steel materials all product contact wash down surfaces are finished and polished to a standard that makes cleaning easy
